Kept is a non-custodial interface that lets holders of Robinhood tokenized stocks borrow USDG against them on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Layer 2. Rather than selling — which ends the position and, in most jurisdictions, realises a capital gain — users lock stock as collateral and draw a loan against it, with no fixed term and no repayment deadline.
Loans are held by Morpho Blue, an immutable open-source lending protocol that Kept makes available to Robinhood Chain users through its interface and a single fee contract. That contract never owns a position and never holds funds between transactions, so positions remain accessible directly on-chain whether or not the Kept website is running. Collateral can be liquidated if its price falls far enough, and only to the extent needed to cover the debt.

Using the mark
- Keep clear space of at least the height of the “S” on all sides.
- Use the mono versions when one colour is all you have.
- Minimum size 20px for the mark, 96px wide for the full logo.
- Do not recolour, stretch, rotate or skew it.
- Do not add shadows, gradients, outlines or glows.
- Do not place it on a busy or low-contrast background.
- Do not redraw the “S” or swap in another typeface.
